Even though the booking had taken a while different shape due to a delay that wasn’t communicated to me by Goldstar and I was very upset the driver was very humble and kind and very accommodating. I was at my wits end but his humbleness and kindness calmed me down very fast. After calling this taxi company I was cut off by the person on the line when I was trying to ask about payment methods. They then try to charge me twice for my trip (with 2 different prices which is inconsistent…). I get numerous calls from the taxi driver saying the payment hadn’t gone through, even though my bank had a pending statement and I had an apple pay notification confirming payment. So not only has the caller been rude and unprofessional by hanging up, I’ve had to pay 2 times for 1 trip and now have to contact my bank and sort out getting refunded. I shall not use their services again, be cautious.
