    Thank you for the good service. I did not get the driver’s name. Even though the booking had taken a while different shape due to a delay that wasn’t communicated to me by Goldstar and I was very upset the driver was very humble and kind and very accommodating. I was at my wits end but his humbleness and kindness calmed me down very fast. Thank you to my diver for always putting your customer’s feelings first and managing the situation, I think you managed it well. Keep it up. Kindness goes a long way.

    The driver arrived 15 early, which is always good, no need to worry if they are going to arrive. Plenty of time to load the cases, and check everything and not rushing.
    Had a good chat on the way, makes the journey go quicker.

    After calling this taxi company I was cut off by the person on the line when I was trying to ask about payment methods. They then try to charge me twice for my trip (with 2 different prices which is inconsistent…). I get numerous calls from the taxi driver saying the payment hadn’t gone through, even though my bank had a pending statement and I had an apple pay notification confirming payment. So not only has the caller been rude and unprofessional by hanging up, I’ve had to pay 2 times for 1 trip and now have to contact my bank and sort out getting refunded. I shall not use their services again, be cautious.
